We may be a new business but we want your experience with us to be the best on the web!

We will pride ourselves on our customer service and want your experience with us to be an enjoyable one. After all, it is you that will help our business grow!

Our experience within the chid care setting has given us the insight into how to encourage your child's development and learning as they grow. (Even the big kids amongst you will love our products!)

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Please allow 1-2 days delivery. Your item will be sent first class recorded. If your order is urgent then we can arrange for special next day delivery for your item, however, this will incur a small additional charge to our current set fees.

In the unlikely event that any within your order are out of stock at the time of ordering, we will hold your order for upto 5 days so we can ship your order completed.

We will notify you of any delays in your order and give you the opportunity to either wait for the stock to come or receive a full refund on that particular product.

What if I am not in to sign for my order?

    We want to ensure that your order does not get lost on its way to you, so we will ship all orders as First Class recorded, unless otherwise stated.
    This means your delivery will require a signature, so if you know you're not going to be home, you can either arrange for it to be delivered at your workplace, family or neighbour. If the courier is unable to deliver, they will leave you a card where you can arrange collection at your nearest post office or re-delivery.
