Our delivery charges are currently fixed at £3.95 per order for recorded delivery to a UK mainland address. This may be subject to change.
A signature may be required on receipt, so it may be more convenient for you if we deliver to your work or an address of a friend. We will send you an email when your order leaves us. This may contain a carrier reference for you to track your parcel.
Please note that offshore UK destinations i.e Islands of Scilly, Isle of Man, and Scottish Islands may incur a surcharge which is weight dependent and calculated as you enter your address in the checkout. We cannot offer next day delivery/Saturday delivery to these destinations.
If any items within your order are out of stock at the time of ordering, we may hold your order for up to 5 working days so that you receive your complete order in one shipment. We will let you know if this occurs as we fully appreciate you may require an item for a specific occasion. If an item is out of stock longer, we will part ship your order. Items which are out of stock will be sent at no extra charge to you after your first delivery. If you do not wish to wait for your item to return into stock, we will happily refund you the cost of that item.

Unfortunately, due to insurance limitations, we are currently unable to deliver to the USA or Canada.
Postage charges are based on weight for overseas parcels. Let us know what items you would like and we will calculate charges for you first.
Prices and Taxes
Orders within the EU.
We do not currently charge VAT, however, you may have to pay import tax if ordering outside of the United Kingdom. This is a separate charge and is not added during the checkout process.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from Develop Learn and Grow. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 14 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods, excluding postage costs, or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receipt. Please allow longer over Bank Holidays and Christmas. We do not refund any postage costs.
If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Cancelling an Order

If the goods have already been despatched we ask you to package them up, in re-saleable condition and return them to us at your cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if you do not send them back to us. We will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of us receiving your notification. You are responsible for the return postage costs.
