Ultimately, we would like lots of happy customers, however, we do have a few T&C's we need to make you aware of.
Our services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. These are subject to change from time to time and we recommended you read through them with each visit you make to ensure you are happy with them. If you do not agree to these T&C's then please do not use our site.
By using the Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs
These T&C's do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are an independent family run business and are not currently VAT registered.
You must be over the age of 18 to create an account and use our site.
To use our services on this site you may be required to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. During the registration process, you may be asked to choose a username and password. Please ensure this information this information is kept safe. If any of your registration details change, please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Placing your order
Although our website is online 24/7 for you to shop at your leisure, any orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next available working day. We aim to process and despatch all orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with the quality of the goods you receive from Develop, Learn and Grow. However, if for any reason you do wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 14 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods, excluding postage costs, or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receipt. Please allow longer over Bank Holidays and Christmas. We do not refund any postage costs.
Occasionally goods may get damaged in transit. If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know straight away and we will either offer you a full refund or replace the goods at our cost. Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchases, please contact us straightaway to allow us to rectify it. If something is damaged or if something is missing, we will do our best to correct this for you.
We would much rather have happy customer reviews than to have poor reviews about our service.
Returning Unwanted Goods
If your products are no longer wanted for any reason, you have 14days to return your item(s).
All we ask is that you return your goods in the original packaging in resaleable condition for an exchange or full refund.

We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery with insurance rather than ‘proof of posting’ which is not a proof of receipt. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receipt.
